Refund policy

Print-on-demand products All items are made to order and produced specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, with a print defect, or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@maison-abstract.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.

EU customers — 14-day right of withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Please note that for made-to-order or personalised goods, this right may not apply under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@maison-abstract.com.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
