Refund & Returns Policy

At Maison Abstract, every piece of artwork is made to order specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom-produced upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or buyer's remorse.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and artwork selections before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

-Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a   replacement, reprint.

Non-Returnable Items

As all artwork is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

-Change of mind

-Incorrect size ordered

-Personal preference regarding colours or design

-Orders placed in error
