Georges Bottini

Georges Bottini (1874–1907) was a distinguished French painter and illustrator of the Belle Époque era. Known for his graceful depictions of Parisian women, cafés, and theatre scenes, Bottini combined Impressionist light with Symbolist emotion to capture the elegance and mood of fin-de-siècle Paris. His refined brushwork and delicate colour palette reveal a deep sensitivity to atmosphere and human expression. Although his career was brief, Bottini’s art remains a celebration of beauty, intimacy, and quiet sophistication. His works continue to inspire collectors who appreciate timeless charm and the romantic allure of early 20th-century French culture.
